Furihata Arata joined the factory during 2009. At that time, he participated in the making of the Headway Standard series doing preparation and processing of the raw materials. He was also in charge of ukelele production. Then for a while, he worked with electric guitars, and after that, he went back to acoustic guitar making. Only this time, he was working on the Aska team build series under the direct care of veterans like Yasuo Momose and Masato Yasui, working on various different areas of the guitar making process. Learning the entire process in a detailed manner and internalizing how to obtain the optimal sound when creating an acoustic guitar.
He is a cheerful and lively person, a mood maker of sorts in the Aska team. Guitar making is not a one-man job, but rather a team effort. And that’s where Furihata shines, bringing a good balance and atmosphere to the team.and in doing so, brings also a lot of trust from one another. as craftsmen.

I went for the extremely rare Adirondack Spruce for the body top. The main feature is the back design made out of 3 piece Cross-round Flamed Kaede design that alongside the Indian rosewood used for the rest of the side and back combined for a high-quality, beautiful looking result. Additionally, I went for a double X bracing that greatly improves durability and stability so you can keep using this great instrument for a long time.
"This one is a guitar made with the aim of improving the playability with a powerful sound and a deep elbow contour. I went for a powerful double X bracing to improve the overall sturdiness.
Additionally, following the advice of master luthier Momose, I went for an even deeper elbow contour to reduce the strain on the player’s body. Kaede was used as the center material for the back, aiming to give the sound a little more roundness and warmth. Lastly I finished it with a unique look by using my original connection method called 3P cross round.
Please don’t miss your chance on trying this great guitar. ''
