With our main goal being to have our guitars be handcrafted from scratch by experienced builders. Our new Modern Virtuoso series was launched in 2020 to share our passion for guitar building to a wider audience, integrating new features sought-after by the modern music scene. In today's world where people can share their own music and performance through social media, the possibility of becoming a prominent and acclaimed musician is open to everyone. With this new Modern Virtuoso series, we hope to be able to help ambitious players find the means to express themselves creating splendid musical performances.

Alder one-piece body *Limited feature of the first batch
Only the first production batch of MC1-MV comes with a one-piece alder body while a two-piece alder body construction will be its regular spec. The solid one-piece body without a joint produces louder sound with more acoustically rich resonance.
Quartersawn Maple
The Superior structural integrity of the quartersawn maple increases the stability of the neck and contributes to maintaining it in a proper string action with good playability, helping a player achieve the best performance possible.
Mojotone Classic HSS Pickup configuration
Mojotone pickups are high-quality pickups hand-crafted in the USA with vintage oriented components. The Classic ST pickup for the neck and middle positions are built like vintage 50's pickups with fiberboard bobbins, cloth leads, staggered Alnico 5 magnets, and vintage spec heavy formvar wire, producing a superb sound reminiscing of a 50's clear and glassy tone, but with a better balance. The bridge is a Classic Hot Humber, that has a profile that lands somewhere in between vintage and modern with extreme versatility.
GOTOH 510T-FE two-point bridge
GOTOH's flagship 510 tremolo is embodiment of the maker's pursuit of greater tremolo functionalty. 510's bridge plate is made with extremely resilient Chromium Molybdenum steel to help guarantee a strong and durable pivot point. It comes with low clearance arm of their own design. The stud lock system of 510T mechanically fixes the clearance between anchor and stud bolt, eliminating loss of sound transmission to the body.
Hipshot Grip-Lock tuner
Hipshot Grip-Lock tuner takes the chore out of string changes and increases tuning stability at the same time. Instead of a time-consuming string change ritual, simply pull the string through the hole and tighten the thumbwheel. A small pin inside the string post will grip the string and lock it in place for a worry-free tuning. With its 18:1 tuning ratio, it allows the player to precisely tune the guitar. We use different height posts to optimize the break angle of each string, having a good balance among strings. The height of the string post is its lowest at low E and B strings and its highest at A and low E strings.

Jescar frets offer players the benefits of greater hardness and tighter grain structure for better durability and enhanced playability as well as an incredible surface quality for a brighter appearance and smoother finish.
High Density Oiled Bone Nut
The ut material we selected for the Modern Virtuoso series is water buffalo's bone which has higher density and more stable quality than a regular bone nut. We set up a strict quality standard and only use ones whose specific gravity is more than 1.7. It is a similar value to the one found in ivory, which has a specific gravity of between 1.7 and 1.9. With a higher density and specific gravity, it securely supports strings and transmits their vibration onto the body without any loss.
