Headway Customshop guitars are special one-off models on which the builder's own ideas are incorporated into, and/or order-made listening to every customer's detailed request in tone and appearance.
The customshop builder Momose Yasuo has been the chief builder of Headway since its establishment in 1977 and developed a numbers of methods in acoustic guitar building through his long career and has been acclaimed as a master builder in Japanese acoustic industry. In 2016 he was rewarded by our local government for his unequaled craftsmanship and achievements in the acoustic guitar industry.
